Hotel Location
Guest Reviews & Ratings
I absolutely loved the hotel's location right in the midst of downtown Eureka Springs, surrounded by the town's history. The rooms overlooked a small park adorned with beautiful Christmas lights, but some maintenance issues were noticeable. The service was top-notch with friendly staff and fantastic breakfast; however, there were some letdowns with the lack of privacy due to thin walls and gaps over the doors.
Upon my stay at the hotel, I found the rooms to be clean and comfortable, although I faced some noise issues from other guests. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant trip. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of downtown Eureka Springs. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the facilities were lacking in some aspects.
The Chicago Suite had a weird, tiny sink on a small formica countertop, like something out of a 70s travel trailer. Despite being the worst room I've ever stayed in, regardless of the price, it felt too small for the size of the bed. The service here is trying their best, mainly because the MANAGER IS NOT around, even though they are charismatic and accommodating, professional, and friendly - they even mailed a sweater I forgot in a closet back home. The location has lots of character and is right in the heart of Eureka Springs, with free parking and a hotel shuttle off-site. The dining experience here was not available on weekdays in the restaurant and wasn't up to par with the rest of the hotel. The Welsh pastry was the only option. The hotel itself has some nice facilities that while not luxurious, do the job. However, the price for the room does not reflect the value provided, especially considering the lack of dining options.
